What you'll do

• Provide safe acute dialysis care and implement and evaluate patient treatment plans. Document patient information before, during, and after treatment
• educate patients and families
• monitor patient status and coordinate treatment changes with the healthcare team. Administer ordered medications, enter nephrology orders, follow emergency policies, and support continuity of care with hospital staff.
