Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Apartment Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Tampa, FL; pay is $23–$26 per hour. The technician supports the 273-unit Seasons at Westchase apartment community and reports to the Service Manager. The role maintains apartments, buildings, and grounds so residents remain comfortable and units are ready to lease. Repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready work help preserve property condition and support resident service.

What you'll do

• Respond to prioritized work orders
• diagnose and repair air-conditioning systems and maintain EPA refrigerant logs
• repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• complete make-ready and unit-turn work including painting, drywall, trim, and door repairs
• perform quality checks
• support preventative maintenance for water heaters, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and exteriors
• inspect common areas and grounds
• maintain organized work order records.
