What you'll do

• Support a caseload of up to 10 K–8 students with work completion, assignment tracking, and academic accountability
• teach organizational strategies
• conduct weekly grade checks
• monitor missing assignments and progress
• develop time-management, self-advocacy, and independent-learning skills
• coordinate with classroom teachers
• provide reading-based English development to up to 25 ESL students
• build vocabulary, comprehension, fluency, and language skills
• monitor participation and growth and share progress with team members.

Why this role
