• maintain client relationships through regular communication and proactive support
• address client and contractor concerns
• coordinate with recruiting and operations teams on assignments
• conduct site visits and safety inspections as needed
• monitor account performance and prepare reports
• identify opportunities to expand services
• manage new-account onboarding
• assist with candidate screening and recruitment
• resolve escalated issues and conflicts.
