What you'll do

• Complete assigned vehicle service and repairs according to safety requirements and published procedures
• notify management of additional repairs or issues affecting quality or promised timing
• use service department tools and equipment
• road-test vehicles when required
• participate in manufacturer training
• document causes and corrections on repair orders
• maintain dealership tools and manuals
• use required protective equipment
• comply with applicable regulations
• supervise apprentices when assigned.
