What you'll do

• Maintain and repair semiconductor wafer-fabrication equipment
• handle photoresist coaters and spin equipment
• troubleshoot liquid pumps, lines, nozzles, and dispensing
• work with proximity masking tools, steppers, and patterning tools
• manage indexers, loaders, pre-aligners, stages, wafer chucks, and exposure lamps
• maintain robots and sensors
• perform electrical troubleshooting and signal-path tracing
• conduct root-cause analysis.
