What you'll do

• Help retail and wholesale customers identify and order parts and accessories
• work with technicians and service advisors to locate and provide repair parts
• use electronic catalogs and vehicle information to verify fitment and availability
• prepare quotes, invoices, and orders in the dealership management system
• receive and stock shipments
• track special orders and backorders
• participate in inventory counts
• assist with returns
• maintain organized counters, shelves, and storage areas
• communicate with coworkers and the Parts Manager.
