Mental Health Therapist

The Mental Health Therapist role is onsite in Matteson, IL. Compensation is $60,000–$75,000 per year. The therapist provides individual and group therapy and case management for assigned clients, working with clinical colleagues and families as appropriate. The role also supports evidence-based care, program quality, and service development for adult and adolescent clients.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy under Site Director or Clinical Director supervision
• provide case management, including treatment planning, utilization review, and family therapy when appropriate
• participate in weekly supervision and clinical staffing
• represent the organization in community and referral settings
• support program growth and sustainability
• review and recommend service changes
• contribute to program evaluation and quality assurance
• implement and monitor evidence-based practices
• coordinate with management and other programs.
