This role exists to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse. The CNA contributes to the team by assisting with personal care, vital signs, and psychosocial support to ensure the physical and psychological needs of residents are met.

What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Obtain and record vital signs.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Support food preparation and dining.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Communicate changing conditions to the charge nurse.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services.
• Assist with wellness and recreational programs.
