Before and After School Enrichment Group Aide

The Before and After School Enrichment Group Aide works onsite in Annapolis, MD, with pay of $15.50–$16.00 per hour. The role supports the Y in Central Maryland’s before- and after-school enrichment program for school-aged children. The aide helps facilitate activities that foster character building and keeps children’s health and welfare in mind. The work provides enrichment for youth and reassurance to parents and guardians that children are safe while they are at work.

What you'll do

• Participate in facilitating enrichment activities for school-aged children
• support children’s health and welfare
• communicate and listen effectively with children, parents and guardians, members, school administration, and Y associates
• work between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. in morning or afternoon shifts
• be flexible to work at multiple locations.
