Commercial Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage assigned projects from inception through completion
• coordinate subcontractors with the Superintendent
• represent the company to owners, stakeholders, and consultants
• oversee project finances, schedules, quality control, safety, and contractual obligations
• participate in preconstruction and bid evaluation
• prepare and maintain project logs, submittals, requests for information, schedules, and meeting agendas
• coordinate permits and agency requirements
• review drawings and submittals
• administer change orders, safety and quality processes, and project closeout
• and maintain project reports and documentation.
