What you'll do

• Coordinate vendor dispatch and service orders
• communicate parts and material needs
• place rework orders and initiate RFQs
• update customers on vendor and material arrival
• review dispatch schedules
• coordinate SAP and CRM data entry
• maintain rework records
• plan and track schedules across projects and sites
• verify vendor invoices
• collaborate across procurement, partners, regional teams, and field service.
