• Review, code, and respond to social media and online reviews using scraping and aggregation software
• support Level I representatives with overflow and escalations
• coordinate with Restaurant Support Office teams on tasks such as refunds and leadership correspondence
• conduct quality assurance reviews to identify coaching, training, and process documentation opportunities.

Why this role
