The Project Manager - Wet Utilities & Grading is an onsite role based in Temecula, CA. Compensation is specified as $140,000–$170,000 per year. This role supports a third-generation Southern California contractor, focusing on complex heavy civil construction projects. The role exists to manage multiple wet utility and grading projects from turnover through completion. The Project Manager coordinates with field leadership, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while fostering long-term client relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple wet utility and grading projects concurrently
• review project scope, plans, and specifications
• negotiate and administer contracts
• partner with field leadership
• manage project budgets and cost reporting
• identify and manage change orders
• maintain project documentation
• provide mentorship to Project Engineers.
