Project Manager — Operations

The Project Manager — Operations works onsite in Austin, TX, with regular presence on the plant floor. Compensation is not specified. HydroGraph is scaling graphene production using its patented Hyperion detonation technology. The project manager plans, budgets, and drives projects across the Advanced Manufacturing organization, including new product introductions, design and process improvements, and facility projects. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks scope, cost, schedule, and risks, and keeps stakeholders aligned as project requirements and feasibility evolve.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional project teams across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Sales
• develop budgets and rough-order-of-magnitude costs
• report project status and spend to leadership
• maintain project timelines and resolve delays
• document project history and decisions
• define and communicate requirements and changes
• identify risks and maintain mitigation plans and risk registers
• coordinate internal teams, vendors, and suppliers
• support site expansion
• apply Stage-Gate methodology and maintain documentation and stakeholder sign-offs.
