Experienced Lead Restoration Technician

The Experienced Lead Restoration Technician role is onsite in Destin, FL, with compensation of $19–$22 per hour. The position provides restoration services to residential and commercial clients, including water and fire damage recovery, mold remediation, and cleaning services. As a working field technician and crew lead, the role manages hands-on project work and coordinates crew delivery, job costs, production times, quality, and customer communication. It supports safe, timely, and effective recovery work, including responding to emergency situations when needed, 24/7.

What you'll do

• Manage production of mold remediation, water-damage cleanup, preventative moisture-control installations, HVAC cleaning, and dryer-vent cleaning according to written scopes
• perform hands-on work as required
• lead crews and support safe, timely, and profitable project completion
• manage project documentation, including photos, moisture readings, time sheets, and contracts
• respond to emergency recovery situations when needed, 24/7
• enforce job-site safety measures
• manage company vehicle and equipment.
