The specialist prepares, deploys, and supports endpoint devices through provisioning, configuration, quality checks, inventory documentation, and shipping workflows. The role helps maintain device readiness and consistent, secure deployment processes while coordinating with technical leads, service desk, procurement, and platform teams.

What you'll do

• Stage, configure, and deploy endpoint devices using standard tools
• provision devices with platforms such as Intune, Windows Autopilot, or Jamf
• install operating systems, applications, updates, and security configurations
• validate builds and resolve deployment issues
• maintain asset and lifecycle records
• prepare devices for shipment and returns
• assist with endpoint support requests and document ticket progress.
