What you'll do

• Supervise children and activities while following safe, healthy, developmentally appropriate practices
• provide daily care and support social and emotional needs
• engage children in classroom activities and transitions
• use positive behavior management
• assist with planning and participating in age-appropriate activities
• observe and document children’s progress
• communicate with coworkers, administration, and parents
• maintain a clean and safe facility
• complete program documentation
• attend family nights, program activities, staff meetings, and professional development.
