What you'll do

• Post insurance and patient payments, adjustments, denials, recoupments, and refunds
• review EOBs and ERAs
• reconcile daily payment batches
• research unidentified payments and discrepancies
• verify account, service date, and provider
• maintain documentation and meet productivity and accuracy standards
• comply with HIPAA
• assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting.
