What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus, recipes, and portion standards
• ensure meals are safely prepared and served on time at proper temperatures
• accommodate special diets, allergies, and texture modifications
• assist with plating, garnishing, and serving during busy periods
• clean and maintain kitchen, food preparation areas, equipment, and dining spaces
• follow cleaning schedules and infection control standards.
