What you'll do

• Read tickets and communicate professionally with kitchen staff
• deliver food items to tables promptly
• help ensure guests have needed accommodations
• report ticket errors
• keep the line clean and hands washed
• know menu and buffet details, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
• communicate dietary needs, allergies, and special requests to the Chef and Manager on Duty
• complete opening and closing duties.
