Maintenance Technician / Porter

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and upkeep of buildings and grounds
• perform and document preventive maintenance
• complete resident and site work orders and related paperwork
• turn over vacant apartments
• track maintenance supplies, conduct monthly inventory, and recommend purchases to the Community Manager. Be available by phone for emergencies and address emergency issues after scheduled work hours.
