What you'll do

• Monitor outpatient study activities, enrollment, visit schedules, and performance metrics
• support recruitment, eligibility assessments, randomization, documentation, investigational product handling, and safety-event processes
• identify and mitigate operational, regulatory, and safety risks
• review site budgets and monthly performance
• lead, train, and develop site staff
• coordinate hiring, onboarding, and resources
• oversee facilities, equipment calibration, and local vendors
• monitor protocol and regulatory compliance and support quality checks and audit responses
• communicate with sponsors, monitors, and leadership
• for the Site Director level, support clinician development and consistent clinical practices.
