What you'll do

• Lead and develop the accounting team
• own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting
• maintain general-ledger integrity and controls
• oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
• coordinate budgets and audits
• support tax and statutory reporting
• oversee cash and working-capital activities
• communicate financial insights to management
• and improve SAP-enabled processes.

Why this role

Leads a team with three direct reports. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least eight years of progressive accounting experience including manufacturing accounting management, and strong cost accounting and financial reporting knowledge. CPA or MBA and SAP experience are preferred.
