What you'll do

• Greet guests
• interview and hire staff in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations
• schedule sufficient staff
• train and develop managers and crew under the Training/General Manager's supervision
• maintain cooperative team relationships
• coach, counsel, and apply progressive discipline as warranted
• conduct pre-shift crew meetings
• control inventory
• maintain required reports and records
• maintain the building and equipment
• follow and enforce cash procedures and sanitation, safety, and security policies
• perform other tasks as directed.
