What you'll do

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to counselors and interns
• support case conceptualization, treatment planning, ethical decisions, and clinical skill development
• maintain supervision records
• conduct performance evaluations
• provide individual, family, and group therapy
• document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• uphold ethical and HIPAA requirements
• participate in quality improvement and peer consultation
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• contribute to programs and community outreach
• provide staff guidance during crises, including risk assessment and safety planning.
