What you'll do

• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events across departments
• translate appointment details, reminders, and changes between English and target languages
• collaborate with providers, administrative staff, and patients to resolve scheduling conflicts
• maintain scheduling records in EHR systems and scheduling software
• communicate with patients and staff in a timely and culturally sensitive manner.
