The Product Engineer (Aerospace Manufacturing) is an onsite role based in Osseo, MN, with a salary range of $80,000–$100,000 per year. This position supports the Operations team at Consolidated Precision Products, a leader in the aerospace industry for over 100 years, by developing and enhancing manufacturing processes and tooling for critical components. The role exists to drive the New Product Introduction process and continuous improvement initiatives. The Product Engineer identifies root causes of manufacturing issues, generates alternatives, and implements solutions to improve yields, minimize rework, and ensure high product quality.

What you'll do

• Review and approve pattern designs for dimensional control
• manage metallurgical property requirements including gating and heat treatment
• utilize data analysis techniques like 6 Sigma to improve process yields
• provide technical support to Production Supervisors
• audit production lots for repeatability
• collaborate with Sales and Quality teams on customer specifications.
