The Behavior Technician role is an onsite position located in Woodbridge Township, NJ, with compensation between $25.00 and $27.00 per hour. This role supports the WonderWay ABA NJ In-Home team in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. This position exists to provide one-on-one ABA therapy and accurately record client data. The role contributes to the company's mission by supporting BCBA/LBAs in training families and ensuring client progress in home, school, and treatment center settings.

What you'll do

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings.
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests.
