Sales Account Representative

Job overview

What you'll do

• Contact customers before and after service to check satisfaction and develop prospects
• develop sales leads in assigned verticals
• build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other referral sources
• build product knowledge and refine sales techniques
• prepare documents for job-file reviews
• report on referral-source relationships weekly and monthly
• participate in collections efforts with non-residential customers when necessary
• resolve customer issues.
