The Direct Care Professional — Residential Support role is an onsite position serving Monroeville and surrounding Pittsburgh communities, PA. Pay is $18–$20 per hour; ASL-proficient applicants may earn up to $20 per hour based on demonstrated proficiency. Harmony Care Services provides residential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The professional provides individualized daily support guided by each person’s needs, preferences, and Individual Support Plan. The role promotes independence, personal growth, community participation, and a safe, person-centered home environment.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized residential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• assist with daily living and personal care as needed
• implement Individual Support Plans and behavioral support strategies
• provide emotional support and de-escalation or crisis intervention when necessary and consistent with training
• support community activities
• assist with meals, laundry, and housekeeping
• administer medications when trained and authorized
• document services and report changes in health or behavior.
