What you'll do

• Manage prospective customer interactions in CRM and the sales pipeline
• provide accurate information about community features and services
• assess prospect needs and conduct tours
• guide prospects through decisions and address objections
• meet outreach, call, and tour goals
• build referral relationships
• support events and quarterly marketing plans
• complete pre-move-in paperwork and coordinate assessments and move-in communications.
