Bioprocess Associate — 2nd Shift

The Bioprocess Associate works onsite in Devens, MA, on a rotating 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m. schedule that includes weekends and holiday flexibility. Pay is $37–$38 per hour. This role supports commercial manufacturing of therapeutic proteins under current Good Manufacturing Practices. The role helps execute established production processes by preparing materials and equipment, monitoring manufacturing operations, completing electronic work instructions, and maintaining clean-room conditions. It contributes to compliant, reliable production while coordinating with other bioprocess teams and quality staff.

What you'll do

• Weigh and check raw materials
• assemble, clean, and sterilize process equipment
• monitor processes
• complete electronic work instructions and production records
• maintain the clean-room environment
• train on production equipment and process automation systems
• assist with process document revisions or creation
• maintain inventory
• and support a safe work environment.
