PC Refresh Technician

Job overview

The PC Refresh Technician role is 100% onsite in Middletown, PA. Compensation is not specified. The technician prepares and deploys refreshed computer equipment, applies Windows 11 images, installs software, updates asset records, and assists with retiring old equipment. This work supports the client’s equipment refresh and IT asset management activities.

What you'll do

• Inventory and organize IT equipment
• unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories
• apply Windows 11 images using SCCM and Intune
• install software in a Windows 11 environment
• update asset records in ServiceNow
• deploy assets as required
• assist with decommissioning old equipment
• follow published IT standards.
