What you'll do

• Review medical conditions and pre-screen referrals from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, homes, and assisted living facilities
• develop call plans using the Referral Development System
• use territory market analysis to identify opportunities
• educate referral sources and physicians about hospital programs
• address admission barriers and follow up on admission variables.
