Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Audit and process check, credit card, and ACH payments
• post cash receipts
• process and reconcile bank deposits
• respond to account inquiries
• update client records
• maintain finance documents
• upload invoice information
• issue invoices and statements
• monitor aging and past-due accounts
• resolve payment issues
• conduct credit checks
• and help improve accounts receivable processes.
