Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Springboard ABA provides personalized, in-home services to children across Arkansas. The BCBA develops and oversees individualized ABA care to support client progress. The role includes assessing clients, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, adjusting treatment programming, collaborating with families, and ensuring documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards.

What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians delivering ABA services
