What you'll do

• Prepare Hot Choice Buffet, carving, and display-cooking products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items to standards
• keep fried products fresh and hot
• restock display items or assist guests with carved meats when the relevant attendant or carver is unavailable
• maintain product temperatures and inventory
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment
• rotate products using FIFO
• and follow cleanliness and local health department requirements.
