The Registered Nurse (RN) — Lead Nurse role is onsite in Deerfield, IL, with pay of $36–$40 per hour. The nurse administers wellness treatments, guides clients through sessions, documents visits, and supports client questions and safety under provider and nursing director supervision. The role contributes to clients’ health and wellness journeys while supporting the nursing team and studio operations.

What you'll do

• Administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular injections
• educate clients about ingredients
• guide clients through mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• document visits in electronic medical records
• address client questions using the nursing reference guide under supervision
• communicate issues or adverse effects to the nursing team
• assist with store services
• order medical supplies
• audit a portion of medical charts
• support event planning and outreach.
