What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors
• carry out access-control procedures and site policies
• monitor entry and exit points and verify authorized access
• maintain visitor and vendor logs
• respond to incidents and resident concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, gates, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• prepare accurate reports and communicate observations and policy violations.
