What you'll do

• Complete and document maintenance work orders
• perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs involving painting, drywall, appliances, light plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, and building components
• track materials used
• perform custodial and exterior maintenance
• maintain safety requirements
• participate in annual unit inspections
• perform seasonal work, including snow removal and yard care
• participate in on-call rotation after 30 days of orientation.
