The Toddler Lead Teacher role is onsite in Pewaukee, WI, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The Learning Experience supports toddlers’ development through classroom learning and play. The teacher leads daily classroom routines and implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum through hands-on activities, movement, exploration, and play. The role supports children’s language, independence, social interaction, and developmental progress while maintaining family communication and licensing, health, and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Lead daily toddler classroom activities and routines
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• engage children through sensory play, art, music, movement, stories, language, and hands-on learning
• encourage communication, independence, and positive social interactions
• support care routines and transitions
• observe and document development
• collaborate with support teachers and families
• maintain Wisconsin licensing, health, and safety standards.
