The 1st Shift Maintenance Technician (Aerospace Manufacturing) is an onsite role based in Crystal Bay, MN. Compensation is $36–$38/hour, and this position supports the production of critical aerospace components for commercial and military aircraft. This role exists to ensure facility equipment operates safely and efficiently. The technician will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems to minimize downtime.

What you'll do

• Analyze and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic equipment.
• Complete work orders, document maintenance activities, review production schedules, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
