Senior Manager, Battery Engineering

What you'll do

• Coach and develop an engineering team
• lead transfer of internal cell prototypes to contract manufacturers and high-volume manufacturing partners
• establish technical requirements, qualification benchmarks, ramp schedules, and yield targets
• support customer application engineers and OEM integration
• connect R&D, product management, business development, and operations
• establish prioritization mechanisms and technical reviews.
