What you'll do

• Answer and manage telephone calls
• assess patient needs to determine appointment type and summarize appointment details
• record patient demographic information accurately
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments according to provider preferences and protocols
• use the electronic medical records system to check in patients and enter relevant information
• and use discretion and professionalism when screening calls and relaying information.
