What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinic operations
• provide cross-site administrative and leadership support as needed
• supervise clinic staff, including medical assistants, registered nurses, and licensed practical nurses
• handle hiring, training, discipline, and performance and competency reviews
• coordinate nursing care
• collaborate on participant care plans
• participate in leadership meetings and initiatives.
