Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist I

The Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist I role is onsite in Decatur, AL. Compensation starts at $24 per hour, dependent on experience. The role supports Alliance Technical Group’s accounts receivable function and works with teams across the company to resolve customer account issues. The specialist monitors assigned accounts and follows up on overdue invoices to support timely collections and accurate balances. The work includes customer communication, researching payment and billing discrepancies, documenting collection activity, and learning HighRadius and NetSuite.

What you'll do

• Monitor customer accounts and receivables aging
• contact customers by phone and email about invoices and payment status
• document collection activity and account updates
• research payment, invoice, credit, and balance discrepancies
• coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing disputes
• assist with unapplied cash and reconciliation issues
• escalate unresolved or delinquent accounts
• use HighRadius and NetSuite.
