What you'll do

• Support Navy training programs and the four phases of the Joint Training System
• assist with C2X and BMDEX
• plan, prepare, execute, analyze, and record joint training events
• coordinate resources and participants
• facilitate event control and after-action reporting
• support scenario development and simulation operations
• track event storylines
• contribute training summaries and lessons learned
• become proficient with Joint Semi Automated Forces software.

Why this role

Requires a command-and-control background as an Air Force AWACS or CRC subject matter expert, or Marine Corps TAOC subject matter expert, and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; joint experience is preferred.
