Family Support Coach

The Family Support Coach role is based in Lebanon, OR. Compensation is $23.02 per hour. The position supports a mission-driven organization serving children and families through family support services and community partnerships.

What you'll do

• Conduct applicant interviews and enrollment activities
• maintain confidential application and enrollment records
• support attendance tracking and recruitment
• help plan family services, orientations, and community-resource referrals
• provide individual support and coaching to assigned families
• participate in case reviews and family meetings
• coordinate with teaching staff and community agencies
• document contacts, home visits, and follow-up needs
• and complete required reporting. Experience in social services working with adults is required. The position is 40 hours per week, August through June annually, with a two-week July layoff period.
