What you'll do

• Analyze, negotiate, and administer transmission-area contracts
• track performance and resolve compliance issues
• maintain contract files and confidential documentation
• perform accounting settlement for material- and service-related invoices
• analyze contract issues
• support pre- and post-construction activities
• facilitate simple amendments
• circulate and track template agreements
• support transmission agreement negotiations
• improve business processes
• respond to internal data requests
• track approvals and documentation
• enter contract metadata and documents into the system of record
• follow applicable policies, codes, and regulations.
